Fourth edition of Gilpin (portable edition without plates) bound together with a cropped third edition of Fosbroke which includes just one crudely-cropped plate. Bumps and damage to cloth to head and foot of spine. Fading and splotches to all edges of boards. Front hinge cracked with hinges weak in places internally. Extensive foxing to to lightly tanned pages throughout particularly to the Gilpin. Inscriptions to front paste-down and to both title pages. Bookplate (of John William WIllis-Bund) to front paste-down. 16mo. 160pp, 183pp.
